A group of youthful Interpol agents travel to Hong Kong to give evidence at the trial of a notorious crime lord, “Puma” Duen. When Puma is busted loose en route to court, the Interpol team decides to track him down. To do so, they must enlist the aid of veteran Hong Kong cop, Hong Kong (Sammo Hung, “Martial Law”), to help them investigate Puma’s brother, “Tiger” Duen. Puma has been captured by a team of master criminals, including Petro Davinci (Michael Biehn, “The Rock”), Ko (Huh Joon-ho, “Silimido”) and Viet (Maggie Q, “Naked Weapon”), each with their own scores to settle with the Duen brothers. Petros seeks vengeance for their betrayal and murder of his brother. Ko wants a rematch with Kong Long, who left his face scarred after they first fought.

The young Interpol team consists of Vanness (Vannesss Wu, “Star Runner”), Andy (Lawrence Chou, “The Eye”), Lok (Shawn Yue, “Infernal Affairs”, Suet (Eva Huang, “Kung Fu Hustle” and Cheung (Xia Yue, “In the heart of the Sun”). They face their greatest challenges as they fight to bring justice to the mean streets of Hong Kong.
